As usual, an emergency arose. These things are never planned or easy. BUT... I called Mark at Saviour Septic who I used once before. (That should say something … More all by itself). He was responsive, gave me some ideas on how I may try to fix it myself to save money which didn't work. I called him back and he was there and on the job.He and his partner worked tirelessly until the problem was resolved.What he originally provided a price was more than fair. When they were done, Mark said it took him a little less time than expected and took some money off. That's honesty and integrity you seldom find anymore.I HIGHLY recommend them.Today another issue occurred. Mark and Sean responded as promised using technology to scope the piping. With a new jet he cleared and descaled the pipes and showed me where the old cast pipes were causing the problem. They got us cleared out hopefully till spring and came up with a detailed plan and estimate which was more than reasonable. I'll be calling them again in the spring.

I needed a brand new septic system as my house did not previously have one. My yard is not an easy one to get big machinery around and designing the system … More into the space it was able to be installed was not easy. Mark was upfront about costs and timeline, updating me as soon as anything changed. They left the yard/driveway as tidy as it could be and cleaned up any messes from installation in the basement. Mark walked me through each step and explained the system.Quality work and nice guys!
